then when I run the new ThinApp WinVNC.exe a 2nd  WinVNC.exe will run as well from the Inventory WinVNC folder and i will get an error saying that there is "Another Instance of WinVNC Is Already Running"

I clicked ok and both instances will terminate..??

But if i leave out those service registries then the winvnc.exe works jut fine but just not a service though..??

Whats all this about..??

Is there a specific procedure that has to be done to capture a service installation or somthing..??

Using WinXP Pro SP2
