Anyway to debug a packaged app?

Hi

I've ThinApp'd a old application we use from 2000.  It's pretty basic, but whenever i try running the created .exe, or install the .msi then run the shortcut.  Nothing happens.

I very briefly see the VMWare ThinApp pop-up flash up, but it goes straight away, and the app doesn't run.

Is there anyway to run an app in debug mode, so it logs what it's doing?  So for example "VmThinApp-Application.exe /debug"

There's nothing in any other logs from what i can see.
