Internet Explorer Virtualized

I've got a quick question...

Why does Internet Explorer use the Native Flash player from my native browser if Internet Explorer was fully virtualized from harvesting it via Thinapp 4.6?

I thought it would rely on it's own plugin's and hence be in it's own virtual bubble.
