Thinapp Security Group

I have successfully Thinapp'd Lotus Notes 6.5.4, but after I apply the AD security group and rebuild the Thinapp,I get an error when I run Notes that it cannot find the Notes.ini file (which is located in the customer's home directory).  When I remove the AD Security group...no issues.  App works perfectly.

I have two copies of the Thinapp (one with security in place/one without).  When I ran Beyond Compare to find the differences, the only items that were tagged was the Permitted groups option in the package.ini (which was anticipated)

(Yes, I have removed the Thinapp via Add/Remove programs & deleted the sandbox in between in each test)

Any assistance would be appreciated.
