Help! How to handle %AppData% created in ThinApp in DOS Batch File?

I am trying to write a simple DOS .bat batch file to copy certain files from a ThinApp sandbox to a backup sandbox. I do not want to copy the whole sandbox, only selected files (such as sqlitedb files).

The problem is that the ThinApp sandbox has system directories such as %AppData% which the DOS command is misintrepreting to be the user's own %AppData% directory and NOT the ThinApp's subdirectory.

Is there anyway to fix this? What switch can I use to force the DOS batch commands to not misdirect the %AppData% that is part of a sandbox directory?

Help?
