Microsoft Script Editor

I'm attempting to deliver Microsoft Script Editor (MSE) that comes with Office 2007 as a ThinApp to a client.  I can get MSE to ThinApp and launch properly by itself, however the client wants the Internet Explorer (IE7) integration with this so they can use MSE as the primary debugger in IE7.  IE7 is also ThinApped.

I've attempted to package MSE by itself and then applink IE7 to MSE with no success.  IE7 does not "see" MSE.  I can open MSE by itself, however it does not fulfill the need of using it catch debug statements in IE7 this way.

I've attempted to package MSE and IE7 together and then IE7 "sees" MSE, however when I choose "View -> Script Debugger -> Open" in IE7 it does not open.  Furthermore it doesn't launch when a script error occurs in the web page.

Any thoughts?  Has anyone successfully delivered Microsoft Script Editor that comes with MS Office 2007 with IE integration?
