Any assistance would be appreciated..
I have a Thinapp'd application that is used to track gifts/donations made to an organization. The Thinapp'd app itself works fine, except for when the feature to open a "receipt" in MS Word 2010 is used. The receipt is designed to open in Word, but when the doc is opened, Word tries to repair the "faulty" installation.
The following message is displayed
"Microsoft Office cannot verify the license for this application" A repair attempt failed or was cancelled by the user. The application will now shut down."
Office 2010 is currently installed on the customer's machine. The application when run by itself is running perfectly fine and the software license has been properly applied.
The app was capture with 4.7.1 of Thinapp on XP SP3.
The customer is running the app on Windows 7
Launching MS Word before running Thinapp'd app does not make a difference in the end result
MS Office was not included in the Thinapp project.
All customer PCs have the same version of Office installed.
