Error while launching virtulized 2010 word addin

I virtulizied a word 2010 addin application .As the application is not have any .xla files everything is taking care by one EXE.

Application name is Avery Wizard 4.0

And i modified the package ini as follows.

[AZWizard.exe]

source %programfilesdir%\avery\Avery wizard 4.0\AZwizard.exe

Shortcut=Avery wizard 4.0.dat

Commandline="C:\program files (x86)\microsoft office\office14\winword.exe" "%programfilesdir%\avery\Avery wizard 4.0\AZwizard.exe"

Shortcuts=%Programs%\Avery (Virtual)

But while launching a shortcut i was getting an error
