ThinApp 4.6 not working for my apps on WIn 7.

So I have a few thinapp'd apps that were put together with 4.5.  Now these apps works on XP,and Win 7.

I went ahead and used relink to update the exe's and msi and now the packages do not work in Windows 7.  They work without issue on WIndows XP but Win 7 outputs an "xxx.exe has stopped working" error.

One of the apps is a helpdesk ticket trakcing system;

If anyone has any insight as to what may be occuring, I would greatly appreciate it if you can give me some possible solutions to the problem.  Again, If I use 4.5 it works.
