Thinapp Google Chrome loses Flash plugin

I've been trying to do a Thinapp 4.6.1 capture of Google Chrome.  It seems to work far better with one exception.  It loses the Flash plugin, so sites like YouTube do not work.

Do you have any recommendations to fix this?
