Google Chrome Extenstions

I am trying to use ThinApp to sandbox a Google Chrome Install.  During the capture I install several extenstions into Chrome.  When I browse the projects folder, I see that the extenstion folder is created and there are items in it.  Once I build the project and run Chrome, the extenstion is installed, but Chrome cannot fine the extenstion's folder or files.
