ThinApp 4.0.1 doesn't close application properly

Hi,

ThinApp has a strange "bug" on my systems. I captpure software using a clean XP Pro SP3 under VMware Workstation. Whenever I launch a ThinApped application, and then close it, it leaves a small portion resident in memory. See screenshot. Does anyone know how to fix this? (VMware 4.0.0 did not have this problem)
