ThinApp'd Office - SharePoint Server

Hi,

We've ThinApp'd Office 2010.  Is there a way to have our SharePoint running in our native IE realize we have Office 2010? Right now SharePoint complains and has no idea we have Office installed (obviously).  So, we get all those errors about having a SharePoint compatible client not installed.  Also, the document drop downs in SharePoint libraries don't have "Edit with Word", etc.

Is there any way around this?  maybe package IE and link? Or package IE with Office?

What's the best bet?
