Cisco Agent Desktop - Unable to Call Record/Silent Listen

Hello All...

 

Hoping someone here has had some expeirence with thinapping Cisco Agent Desktop. The verison of the Agent Desktop is 7.0(1) and it is not fully compatitble with Win7. When the user logs into the application everything works correctly, however, when the Supervisor launches the Supervisor Desktop software and tries to record the call of a user running the Thinappd version of Agent Desktop the call record/listen in fails and reports the session failed.

 

Has anyone had success in recording calls with a Thinapps Agent Desktop software?
