I've created Thinapps for Quickbooks 2011, 2012, 2013 and Enterprise 14. All are working but I'm unable to get file associations via Thinreg. I've tried it for each version individually as well as all of them and still, double clicking a qbw file leaves Windows asking for an app to open it with. What I really want is to be able to right click and select properties on a qbw file and see the tab that displays the Quickbooks version of the file. I realize I might not get this but I did expect to at least get the basic file association. I'm on the latest version of Thinapp 5. I'm executing Thinreg as follows: ThinReg.exe /r "\\myserver\share\QuickBooks Premier - Accountant Edition 2013\QuickBooks Premier - Accountant Edition 2013.exe"
This does put the appropriate shortcut on my desktop but no file association. What am I missing here.
