Packaged SQL Management Studio 2005 with ThinApp 4.5. This entry point does not launch on Windows 7 x64 with .NET 3.5 installed:

However, if cmd.exe entry point is launched and I execute %ProgramFilesDir%\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE\SqlWb.exe then it starts fine.
I have seen this with older ThinApp versions for various apps before where there was no immediate fix beside modifying entry point to launch the app via cmd.exe parameter.
Is anyone can comment why this may be happening? Don't want to create a support case if there a simple fix possible.
