Thinapps created in widows 7, fail to start in windows 7 but works in XP

Hi

I'm trying to create two seperate thinapps of Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 and PASW Statistics 18. When setting up it all works fine, but as soon as i capture the thinapp and try and run it i get a "encoder.exe(or pasw.exe) has stopped working" (a windows error message).  This even happens on the same box, ive created the thinapp on and anyother windows 7 pc/vdi.  But if i try it on XP pc's/vdi's it work fine.

I'm hoping someone out there can tell me where i'm going wrong with windows 7.
