Word (native) with Embedded Visio (ThinApp) Image

Hi, I am using Vista Business and have Word (2007) installed, I have ThinApp'd Visio and used ThinReg to create the file association and Shorcuts.

When I open a word document with a visio image in I can view the image but cannot edit (double click or right click) - as if I don't have Visio installed.

Does anyone know how to get this combination of Native Word and ThinApp'd Visio working in this way?
